In order to be satisfied we are speaking with the client, litigation friend or nominated person, when contacting our office you will be asked to confirm three pieces of identifiable information, i.e. three of the following; name; address; postcode; date of birth. You will also be asked for your file reference which is quoted on all correspondence from us.
