An opportunity has arisen for a motivated legal assistant to join our General Litigation Team.
The Role:
To support our experienced team of solicitors handling a litigated caseload of housing disrepair and breach of settlement cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal and factual research
- Draft letters of claim
- General administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Professionalism, discretion, and commitment to client-centred practice
- Good typing skills
- Good organisational skills
- Litigation: 2 years (required)
Desirable:
- Experience in litigation or community legal work
Professional Standards:
- To work & behave in a professional manner to the highest standards of the profession
- Comply with the policies & procedures in the office manual
- Carry out all duties with integrity and to the best of your ability
- Treat all information about the firm and its clients as confidential

- £24,000.00 – £34,038.63 per year.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Liverpool L7 9PG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
